1. Introduction

Inspiring Dreams ("Inspiring Dreams," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard information from clients, prospective clients, and visitors in connection with our experiential production and consulting services, including luxury experiences, events, hospitality programs, our website at inspiringdreams.com (the "Site"), and our email and SMS messaging programs (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, visiting the Site, or opting in to our SMS or email programs, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies only to individuals located in the United States. Our Services are intended for, and directed to, residents of the United States. We do not knowingly market to, solicit, or collect personal information from individuals located outside the United States. If you are accessing the Site or our Services from outside the United States, please do not provide us with any personal information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any third-party website, application, or service that may link to, or be accessible from, our Site or Services.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number.
  • Client Profile Information: Experience preferences, attendance history, dietary or accessibility preferences, and communication preferences.
  • Communication Records: Email engagement data, SMS opt-in records, customer service interactions, and the content of communications you send to us.
  • Transaction Information: Records of services purchased and amounts paid. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored by Inspiring Dreams.
  • Website and Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and dates and times of access, collected automatically when you visit the Site.
  • Inferences: Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting your preferences and characteristics for purposes of providing relevant Services and communications.

We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws (such as Social Security numbers, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account credentials, or health information). If you provide such information voluntarily, we will handle it consistent with the protections required under applicable law.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, such as when you opt in to SMS updates, sign up for our newsletter, contact us through the Site, become a client, or interact with us by phone or email.
  • Automatically, through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies when you visit the Site (see Section 6).
  • From third parties, such as referral partners, hospitality providers, social media platforms, and publicly available sources, where you have authorized that disclosure or where disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide our experiential production and consulting Services, including custom experiences, events, and hospitality.
  • Communicate with you about events, opportunities, and time-sensitive client information.
  • Send marketing emails and SMS messages to which you have opted in.
  • Respond to your questions, requests, and customer service inquiries.
  • Process transactions and maintain records of payment.
  • Maintain, secure, analyze, and improve our Services and the Site.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and other unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights and the rights of others.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on the Site to recognize visitors, remember preferences, measure website performance, and support our marketing efforts. The categories of technologies we use include strictly necessary cookies, analytics cookies, and (where applicable) marketing or advertising cookies.

You may control the use of cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

7. SMS Messaging Program

If you opt in to our SMS program, the following terms apply:

7.1 Consent

We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent through our website opt-in form, an in-person opt-in process, or a similar verifiable opt-in method.

7.2 Message Frequency

You can expect to receive approximately 2–4 SMS messages per month, though frequency may vary based on event timing and client opportunities.

7.3 Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Inspiring Dreams does not charge a fee to receive SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply.

7.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at clark@inspiringdreams.com or (757) 352-8014.

7.5 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data — IMPORTANT

Inspiring Dreams will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with anyone except the entity to which the end user provided consent — namely, Inspiring Dreams. This restriction applies to all third parties, including affiliates, marketing partners, and data brokers.

The only exceptions are:

  • Service providers who help us deliver SMS messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform provider) and who are contractually bound to use your information solely to provide that service.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

7.6 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Email Marketing

If you opt in to our email communications, we will send marketing emails consistent with your preferences. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time by clicking that link or by contacting us using the information in Section 14. We will continue to send you transactional or service-related emails (such as confirmations of services you have requested) even after you opt out of marketing emails.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with vendors that help us operate our business (for example, our email marketing platform, SMS platform, CRM provider, hosting provider, analytics provider, and payment processors). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Professional Advisors: We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers as reasonably necessary to operate and protect our business.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, the safety of any person, or to investigate fraud or other unlawful activity.
  • Business Transfers: If Inspiring Dreams is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

We do not share SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes under any circumstances. See Section 7.5.

10. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the terms "sell" and "share" are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), or under comparable laws of other U.S. states. If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by law.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain our client relationships, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in a manner consistent with applicable law.

12. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to certain legal limitations and exceptions, all U.S. visitors have the following choices:

  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any SMS message.
  • Contact us using the information in Section 14 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

13.1 State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others — may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, these may include the right to:

  • Know or access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of information, sources, purposes for collection, and categories of third parties with whom we share information.
  • Request a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as noted in Section 10, we do not sell or share personal information).
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and certain types of profiling.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable).
  • Not be subjected to discrimination or retaliation for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Appeal a denial of a privacy rights request, where required by applicable state law.

13.2 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time periods required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we may decline a request to the extent permitted or required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority.

16. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. There is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You may still exercise the choices and rights described in Sections 7, 8, and 13.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third-party site or service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with your personal information.
